Enrollment

Registration packets will be available for pickup at the main office, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The following documents will be needed to complete all student enrollment: 

  • Proof of Birth: Government-issued Birth Certificate or a Government-issued passport. 
  • Immunization Records: The student’s Tennessee Department of Health Immunization Certificate (shot record signed by the child’s physician or county health department). Visit the Knox County Schools Immunization page for more details.
  • Recent Physical Examination: Proof of a physical exam at enrollment. If an annual physical is due at the time of enrollment, the student must have an updated physical within 30 days of enrollment.
  • Proof of Residence: One of the following—gas, water, or electric bill. If the utility bill and/or lease agreement are in the name of someone other than the parent/guardian, that individual must provide the utility bill and/or lease agreement, along with a notarized letter confirming that the parent/guardian and children reside at the address.
